| Katherine Leatham, President | When you eat at Green Chef’s Deli, you will get nutrient dense food that is delicious and beautifully presented. Owner Kitty Leatham opened her deli so she could provide “organic to go” foods that create a sustainable cycle and heal the earth. They also enable her customers take a step toward strengthening their immune systems, managing their weight and reclaiming their health.
Better articulating and sharing this vision is one of Kitty’s goals for her panel year. She would also like to become a more effective CEO and develop a strategic marketing plan. |
