Facilitated by an experienced Executive-in-Residence (EIR) who leads non-competitive companies in a peer group setting through monthly sharing & business experience exercises to help them build stronger business strategies, growth objectives, income objectives, sales processes, operational systems, financial reporting & customer retention processes. More mature clients will cover topics that range from steady growth planning, operational reporting, leadership development of CEO, building strong management teams, culture, exit strategy, succession strategy, going from regional to national to international, and opening an office in another city. Feedback and mentoring in the meetings brings the entire group together to help each other grow & thrive.
